1. Eye Care: Give your eye proper rest
Do not focus so long in certain work. Always take some gap of 10 to 15 minutes during working. You may remain close your eyes for couple of minutes to provide it proper rest. Focus on something green and far away.

Always keep your body hydrated. If you do not drink sufficient water as per your body needs, you may get dehydrated. If you get dehydrated, your eyes also going to dehydrated and may cause dry eye resulting irritation, itching etc.

You should eat plenty or fruits and vegetables in your everyday meal. Deep yellow and green leafy vegetables are very good for health as well as eye. Include fish in your diet, like salmon, tuna, and halibut etc which are enriched with omega 3 fatty acids. These foods improve eye health, vision of your eyes. 8. Eye Care: Maintain good health, don’t develop risk factors
There are some risk factors regarding your eyes. Overweight, obesity, high blood pressure, smoking etc put you at higher risk of getting eye disease. Stay away from risk factors to ensure your good eye as well as good health.
9. Think before you look
Do not look directly at high flash light, laser light, welding, blue light, direct sunlight etc that might harm your eye. These lights might damage your retina resulting permanent harm in eyesight. Try to avoid these harmful lights and use proper method and protection.
10. Visit your eye specialist regularly
Don’t forget to say hello to your eye specialist periodically. You must go for checkup on periodic basis to your doctor to maintain good eye health. If you feel any problem in your eyes, don’t hesitate to pay a visit to your doctor.
